The PKG01 is a modern classic watch designed by Swedish designer Patrick Kim-Gustafson. Taking notes from the last 50 years of watch design this 7mm thin collection is understated in both its form and colour.
The strap on this watch is made from genuine Horween shell cordovan, the highest grade leather from the American tannery that has set the industry standard for top quality leather since 1905. The irregular oval shaped leather shells are tanned, stuffed, shaved, and then polished – a process taking at least six months. Dyes are hand rubbed on for a deep aniline finish. The strap is constructed from a solid piece of leather with reinforced stitching and fitted with a quick release spring bar for easy strap changes.
